Distilleries

For smooth extraction of Ethanol from Juices, we provide premium quality Distilleries with Capacity of 10 KLPD and above. Terravista is involved in the production of ethanol from sugarcane juice and conversion of current molasses-based distilleries to use sugarcane juice.
Terravista with its prime location for establishing an ethanol plant to address the demand of the vehicle fuel sector due to the availability of molasses from the sugar plant nearby the area. For our increased capacity of ethyl acetate, internal consumption of rectified spirit has also increased.
Molasses is converted into ethanol in three processes. Molasses is first fermented to create fermented wash, which is then distilled to create rectified spirit, which is then dehydrated into ethanol using a molecular sieve system. The use of molecular sieve technology is superior to traditional distillation because it uses less steam than the latter.
To lower BOD levels to the permissible level, a suitable effluent treatment facility has been developed. First, used wash will be processed in a bio-methanation facility, which produces biogas from the breakdown of organic material. Bagasse is saved because biogas is used as fuel in the boiler. It is suggested that used wash from the bio-methanation plant be composted to create beneficial manure.
India’s economy is built primarily on agriculture. Sugar, the primary sweetener used in India, is produced by sugarcane, which is essential to this agro-based economy.
The production of sugarcane in India is dominated by the state of Uttar Pradesh, which produces more than 45% of the nation’s total.

The sugar industry produces three significant by-products:

Alcohol, which is produced from molasses, is a crucial raw element for the production of organic compounds and polymers.
Bagasse is a raw material for paper production as well as a fuel for cogeneration of electricity.
To create biofertilizer, press mud, which is utilized for wastewater treatment. Manufacturing of drinkable alcohol, industrial alcohol, and other organic compounds all need molasses.

Terravista aims to create a sugar industry through Distilleries that profits since it will produce a product with added value that has a guaranteed market.

The sugar industry’s capacity to balance the output of sugar and ethanol in accordance with the going sugar and crude oil prices would also be strengthened by this diversification. Due to rising ethanol prices globally, many prospective ethanol producers have been forced to reconsider their production. Additionally, national gasoline ethanol programs that cut vehicle carbon emissions are receiving more support.

GRAIN BASED DISTILLERIES

Grain Based Distilleries are an important part of the ethanol production process. They are used to convert the starch in grains such as corn, wheat, and barley into sugars that can be fermented into ethanol. Terravista Solutions is a leading provider of grain based distilleries that are designed for maximum efficiency and sustainability. Our distilleries use advanced technology to optimize the conversion process and minimize waste. We also offer a range of customization options to meet the unique needs of our customers, from small-scale distillers for local farmers to large industrial distilleries for ethanol producers. With Terravista Solutions’ grain based distilleries, businesses can achieve cost-effective and sustainable ethanol production, while reducing their environmental impact.

E20 ETHANOL GOVERNMENT INITIATIVE

The government’s E20 ethanol initiative is an effort to increase the use of renewable energy sources and reduce carbon emissions. As a distillery, we are proud to support this initiative by producing ethanol that meets the E20 standard.

The E20 standard requires that ethanol used as a fuel must contain a minimum of 20% ethanol and a maximum of 80% gasoline. By meeting this standard, we are helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve air quality. Ethanol produced from renewable sources, can significantly reduce carbon emissions compared to traditional gasoline.
